OBJECTIVE

To deliver efficient and effective support service in Administration, Finance Management and Personnel Management to the Divisions and Members of the PSC.

FUNCTION
  • Responsible in ensuring the budget is spent according to the finance procedures.
  • To ensure the General Administrative Management and the Personnel Management follows the office directive and tasks are implemented according to time allocated.
  • To ensure the Public Service Commission, Disciplinary Appeal Board, Promotion Appeal Board meetings and other meetings run smoothly by delivering support service and logistic assistance.
UNIT’s MAIN ACTIVITY

Administrative Unit

  • Equipment, maintenance and logistic management to departments in PSC

Finance Unit

  • Application for the Public Service Commission’s yearly budget management
  • Expenses allocation and payment management

Documentation Unit

  • Printing of Commission’s Papers and Minutes, Disciplinary Appeal Board and Promotion Appeal Board Management
  • The Commission’s Yearly Report Management
CLIENT’s CHARTER
  • To ensure the office Administration, Human Resource and Organization Management as well as Finance Management is implemented according to policies and regulations.
  • To ensure actions relevant to the Documentation Administration, Service and Finance Affairs is implemented within the time allocated.
