To develop and maintain identified application systems.
To manage and administer database.
To provide advise in aspects related to computers.
To prepare processing facilities (to make available and enter data).
To manage procurement and maintenance of hardwares and softwares.
To execute data processing.
To prepare computer courses and training to divisions in the use of system application developed as well as training for macro computer softwares.
To supervise the availability, storage and allocation of information.

The Information Technology Division is responsible to provide effective, accurate, reliable and scheduled computer advise to achieve the aspiration below. We, the Information Technology personnel, with determination and commitment, pledge and promise:
To deliver complete and fair computer advise to users of Information Technology.
To prepare and maintain the application system according to specification and schedule.
To prepare users manual for the application system developed.
To prepare data entry services according to agreed schedule.
To guarantee computer equipments functions continuously and all complaints made to the helpdesk will be tended to by service assistances within an hour.
To ensure users data is safe and accessible by authorised users only.
To ensure users are trained to use application and exposed to computers basics.
To increase the effectiveness, efficiency and dynamism of Information Technology services.

The activities at the Information Technology’s Units are as follows:
Administration Unit
The General Administration and Finance Division manages the training for Information Technology Division’s personnel.
Customer Service Unit
To provide training for PSC personnel on computers and software applications.
To manage training in system application to users.
To manage system documentation according to standard.
To manage data facility and data entry services.
To manage maintain data entry equipments.
Development and Maintenance System Unit (Continuous Recruitment Services System - CRRS and Service Promotion and Disciplinary Monitoring System –SPDM)
