CLIENT’s CHARTER
We are responsible to deliver quality as well as fair and just service. We therefore pledge that:
Applicants could find out the status of their SPA.8 Registration Form within six (6) weeks from the date the application is received.
The Ministry of Health Malaysia will receive quality and suitable candidates to be enrolled in the Para Medical Training at least five (5) weeks before the training begins.
Para Medical Trainees that have completed their training will be sent to permanent posts within five (5) weeks after the final exam results is received from the Ministry of Health Malaysia.
The Ministry of Health Malaysia will receive appointments for officers on a contractual basis to Para Medical Posts within four (4) weeks from the date the completed Division is received.

Preparing the Secretary’s or Commissioner’s Issue Paper.
Preparing the interview result and offer for appointment’s letter.
Interview Unit
To reserve interview rooms.
To prepare table and interview packages.
To prepare call letter.
To manage the appointment of Department’s Representative
To assist Members of the Commission in interview centres (Kuala Lumpur).
CRRS Registration Unit
Preparing advertisement.
Receive and process applications inclusive of Internet applications. internet.
Forwarding acknowledgement letters to applicants.
Updating candidate’s information in the Computerised Data Bank
Answering candidate’s enquiries on application status .
Modus Operandi of CRRS Recruitment Process
The Continuous Registration and Recruitment System (CRRS) is a continuous candidate’s application registration system and the candidate’s information is recorded in the Computerised Data Bank. The system allows candidates to send in Application Form at any time as the system does not have a closing date. Methods of applying:

e) For every application registered in the Computerised Data Bank, the Public Service Commission will send an acknowledgement letter. Candidates too can enquire on their registration status through the Tele-SPA (600-83-7979) which provides tele-info services concerning career as follows:

f) The registration is valid for one year. Once expired, candidates are to reapply if still interested to register with the Public Service Commission. Change of addresses and change for centre of interview can be made by notifying the Public Service Commission through a letter with your name and identity card number written clearly.
